Hiko Privacy Policy

Hiko does not collect your data. Everything stays on your device. There are no servers, no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, and no third parties involved.

What Data Hiko Accesses

Hiko requests read access to Apple HealthKit data to personalize workouts:

Hiko writes completed workouts to HealthKit: active calories, distance, elevation, GPS route.

You control every permission. You choose what Hiko can read and write in iOS Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices → Hiko.

How Your Data Is Used

Your data is used for one purpose: making Hiko work for you. HealthKit data calculates metrics, sets training zones, displays history. Location data maps your route during active workouts only — never in the background. Motion and barometric sensor data measures elevation gain. Hiko never analyzes data for profiling, behavioral analysis, or advertising.

How Your Data Is Stored

All data lives on your device using Apple SwiftData. No servers exist. HealthKit data is encrypted and managed by Apple. If you use iCloud Health sync, Apple syncs with end-to-end encryption — Larsen Studio has no access. If you delete Hiko, all app data is permanently removed.

Third Parties

There are none. Hiko contains no third-party SDKs, no analytics libraries, no crash reporting services, no advertising networks. The only external systems are Apple's own frameworks — HealthKit, CoreLocation, CoreMotion.

Children's Privacy

Hiko does not collect data from anyone, including children under 13. All data remains on-device, no accounts or identifiers are created.

Changes to This Policy
